#1. Keep It Simple - Give yourself permission to
have LESS STRESS! Themes are great, but don't overdo. You may just choose to just go for the invitations, cake and
overall colors to coordinate.
#2. Time of Party - Lunch, Afternoon, Dinner? What works best for your child is the
key. Lunch can be kept simple with pizza and juice, but if you do not wish to feed a crew, have the party at 2:00 PM (unless
you have a napper). Dinner-time parties are a hit with simple menu for kids & adults, cake, then send them on home!
#3. Pass
on Opening Presents - Most kids usually just want to play with their friends, not
sit and be still. I might suggest opening presents toward the beginning of the party so it can be done quickly and thank you's
made. If you choose not to open gifts, be sure to send thank you cards.
#4. Go with Easy Favors - Remember...your goal is less stress! Have us bring the goody bags (included in the Deluxe Parties)
or pick up a match box car, play jewelry or board book for each guest.
